“Having made and received my order, at home, it was found that there is no one medicine. I called the hotline and informed them about my problem. They told me that most likely this medication was stored in the fridge separately. I addressed the pharmacy to where my order was brought. The pharmacist said that they didn’t have this product. I had to call the hotline again, after which they promised that the manager would contact me to resolve my issue. But he didn’t contact me, the pharmacy still doesn’t know anything. I won’t be offered either refund or reshipment.”
“The goods were not delivered. After talking with the operator, I had to cancel the order. I will not address you again. The customers themselves must do the work for the operators and solve the problems created by the pharmacy staff.”
